Around the world, scientists are researching more about stem cells. A stem cell is an un specialized cell that is can make and form into a specialized cell. Stem cells can also be used to repair and grow damaged tissue. If you have an organ or tissues that have a disease, you can take stem cells to grow back and repair that damaged tissue. If we keep up the research, in the future we could find a cure for most viral diseases. Scientists are working in the field of cloning from stem cells. Since stem cells can form into different types of cells, they can be used to clone another living organisms. More information is explained in the slide above. Slowly but surely stem cells are coming around to revolutionize the world.
